Powder screening and storing method and system in powder conveying process

Abstract

The invention discloses a powder screening and storing method and system in the powder conveying process, and relates to the technical field of powder treatment.The method comprises the steps that a gas washing instruction is obtained; on the basis of the gas washing instruction, gas washing monitoring data are obtained; if the gas washing monitoring data meet the gas washing monitoring constraint, generating a powder suction instruction; on the basis of the powder suction instruction, real-time state information of an outer material level sensor is collected in real time; and when the real-time state information indicates that the outer material level sensor gives an alarm, a screening program is started, and screening is carried out in combination with the powder conveying and screening equipment completing gas washing. The technical problem of equipment overload or low efficiency caused by lack of accurate monitoring in the powder sucking and screening process in the powder conveying process under the protection of inert gas in the prior art is solved, effective detection of the connection state of a powder barrel gas path pipeline, thorough gas washing and cleaning of equipment and accurate monitoring and control of the powder sucking and screening operation process are achieved, and the powder sucking and screening efficiency is improved. Equipment overload is avoided, and the powder conveying and screening efficiency and the powder quality are improved.
