Abstract

The invention relates to double-faced fabric knitting equipment and a processing technology thereof, and relates to the field of textile machinery equipment, in particular to the double-faced fabric knitting equipment and the processing technology thereof. The equipment comprises a rack, a knitting module and a sueding module, the sueding module is provided with a sueding roller and a driving part, and fiber dust generated in the sueding process is collected and filtered through a cover body. The position of the cover body can be adjusted to adapt to cloth with different thicknesses and control the deformation degree of the cloth; an elastic baffle is arranged at the exhaust inlet, so that the adsorption effect is enhanced; and a multi-stage filtering device is arranged at the air outlet, so that clean air is ensured to be discharged. In addition, the primary filter screen is effectively prevented from being blocked through the design of a cleaning roller and bristles. The double-sided cloth sanding device achieves the effect of improving the double-sided cloth sanding quality and the production efficiency.
