Mixed ammonia fuel and incineration device thereof

Abstract

The invention provides mixed ammonia fuel and an incineration device thereof. The mixed ammonia fuel comprises an incinerator, a hearth mechanism used for pushing a quartz sand layer to move is installed at the bottom end of the incinerator, discharging mechanisms used for deslagging are symmetrically arranged on the side wall of the incinerator, and a filtering mechanism used for separating quartz sand from slag is arranged on one side of each discharging mechanism; preheating mechanisms for heating and mixing mixed ammonia fuel are symmetrically mounted on the side wall of the incinerator; a feeding mechanism for discharging quartz sand in the box body is mounted at the bottom end of the preheating mechanism, and the top end of the feeding mechanism is communicated with the incinerator; the mixed ammonia fuel is composed of ammonia gas, methanol and diethylamine, in the mixed ammonia fuel, the molar ratio of the ammonia gas to the methanol is 4: 1, and the molar fraction of the diethylamine is 5-15%. The ammonia-mixed fuel and the incineration device thereof provided by the invention have the advantages of convenience in combustion of ammonia gas and rapidness in deslagging.
