The invention discloses a water treatment tank liquid level detection device, which comprises a treatment tank body, an injection pipe, a drainage pipe, a filter plate, a first track plate, a pressure sensor, a detection device and a cleaning mechanism, and is characterized in that the detection device is matched with the pressure sensor through a floating block, an L-shaped rod, a second track plate and a moving block; a pressure sensor can convert a detected pressure value into an electric signal and remotely transmit the electric signal to an external controller so that a worker can remotely monitor the liquid level in the treatment tank body, and a cleaning mechanism automatically cleans dirt on the surface of a filter plate through linkage of an arc-shaped scraper, a rack, a gear and a rotating sleeve rod; through the design of the slope rod, the limiting groove and the supporting block, lifting movement of the filter plate is achieved, the cleaning effect is enhanced, synchronous automation of liquid level detection and filter plate cleaning is achieved, the water treatment efficiency and safety are improved, and the maintenance cost is reduced.
