Aqueous lithium ion total battery and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention provides an aqueous lithium ion total battery and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparation of a self-supporting negative electrode: preparing LiTi2 (PO4) 3 particles with D50 of 150nm-250nm through a solvothermal reaction; liTi2 (PO4) 3 particles and a polymer are prepared into precursor dispersion liquid; performing electrostatic spinning on the precursor dispersion liquid to obtain a precursor fiber membrane; calcining the precursor fiber membrane to obtain a self-supporting negative electrode; preparation of a self-supporting positive electrode: mixing the LiMn2O4 particles, carbon nanotubes and a surfactant to obtain a mixed solution; sequentially performing dispersion and suction filtration on the mixed solution to form a film to obtain a self-supporting positive electrode; and assembling the aqueous lithium ion total battery. The self-supporting negative electrode and the self-supporting positive electrode with excellent performance are obtained by finely regulating and controlling synthesis conditions and preparation processes of the negative electrode and the positive electrode, and the water-based lithium ion total battery with excellent performance is obtained by assembling the self-supporting negative electrode and the self-supporting positive electrode based on the self-supporting negative electrode and the self-supporting positive electrode.
