Intelligent cleaning robot for photovoltaic module

Abstract

The intelligent cleaning robot comprises a robot body, walking mechanisms and a cleaning mechanism, and the walking mechanisms are symmetrically installed on the two sides of the bottom of the robot body and used for driving the robot body to move on the surface of a photovoltaic panel; the cleaning mechanism is arranged at the front end of the robot main body to remove sundries on the surface of the photovoltaic panel; a gravity center deflection structure is arranged between the robot body and the walking mechanism and used for dynamically adjusting the gravity center of the robot body so that the robot body can be prevented from falling off when crossing the adjacent photovoltaic panels. A control mechanism is integrated in the robot body, the reliability of the system in the wet and slippery or abrupt slope environment can be enhanced, and the rollover risk caused by insufficient surface friction is prevented.
