Abstract

The invention provides a centrifugal separation device and a separation plate. A centrifugal separation device (100), which is provided with a plurality of separation plates (12) stacked inside a rotating container (11) at predetermined intervals in the stacking direction, and which separates components having different specific gravities contained in a fluid (13) to be treated by centrifugal force, is characterized in that the separation plates (12-1) have: a concave-convex pattern (15) in which the separation plates (12-1) are stacked at predetermined intervals in the stacking direction; a convex part (12A) and a concave part (12B), which are formed in a line segment shape along the generatrix of the conical surface (14) of the separating plate (12), and are formed from the lower edge part (14A) of the conical surface (14) toward the upper edge part (14D) of the conical surface (14); and strip-shaped gap pieces (16) which are provided on the surface side of the conical surface (14) of the separation plate (12), extend along the generatrix of the conical surface (14), maintain the predetermined interval (D) with the other separation plates (12-2) stacked in sequence, and are arranged between the gap pieces provided adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction. An angle (alpha1) formed by a first convex portion (12A-1) forming the concave-convex pattern (15) and a second convex portion (12A-2) adjacent to the first convex portion (12A-1) is 10 degrees or less.
