The application belongs to the technical field of apple fertilization and discloses a fertilizer mixing and quantitative fertilization device for apple planting and production, which comprises a fertilization table, the inside of the fertilization table is movably connected with traveling wheels, the outside of a mixing barrel is provided with a fertilizer discharging mechanism, the inside of the fertilization table is provided with a jacking mechanism, the cooperation of the structures such as the extension cylinder, the discharging cylinder and the trigger rods enables the device to be moved as a whole when the user pushes the push rod, the two groups of trigger rods contact the apple tree seedlings on both sides, the trigger rods rotate, the blocking blocks are driven to rotate, the extension cylinder and the discharging cylinder are connected, the fertilizer in the mixing barrel is discharged, falls into the periphery of the apple tree seedlings and then completes the discharging, further, the trigger rods are pulled back to the reset position by the second reset spring, the fertilizer stops falling, the operation is repeated after contacting the next group of apple tree seedlings, so that the device can quantitatively fertilize multiple groups of apple tree seedlings in parallel.
