Traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating bedsore as well as processing method and application thereof

Abstract

The invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating bedsore as well as a processing method and application thereof. Efficient wound repair is realized through a synergistic effect of oil and powder and a precise sterilization process. The composition is composed of an oil agent and powder, wherein the oil agent takes lithospermum erythrorhizon and centella asiatica extracts as active ingredients, and volatile components are reserved by adopting staged temperature-controlled steaming combined with microporous filtration sterilization; the powder comprises medicinal materials such as rhizoma bletillae and resina draconis, is subjected to superfine grinding and nanocrystallization treatment, and irradiation parameters are optimized, so that the sterilization effect is ensured, and meanwhile, thermosensitive components are prevented from being degraded. During application, the oil agent firstly forms a protective film to isolate wound exudate, and the powder slowly releases the medicine through the modified porous microspheres and accelerates angiogenesis in cooperation with infrared irradiation. Experiments show that the composition can remarkably shorten the healing time, greatly reduce the infection occurrence rate and remarkably improve the collagen deposition density, the curative effect is superior to that of a traditional sterilization process and a single dosage form scheme, and an efficient and safe traditional Chinese medicine treatment strategy is provided for clinic.
