According to the material, the hydrogenated nitrile rubber and the fluorinated silicone rubber are used in a certain part range in a matched mode, the low temperature resistance and the gas resistance of the sealing ring material are improved, the mechanical property of the sealing ring material is comprehensively improved in cooperation with the rubber reinforcing agent, and the prepared sealing ring material has the excellent low temperature resistance and the excellent gas resistance; the practical use requirement is met, and the device can be widely applied to gas pipelines.
