Abstract

The invention discloses a gear coupling test device based on elastic silica gel protection, which relates to the technical field of gear testing and comprises two mutually coupled test gears. The surface of the test gear is sleeved with a protective sleeve assembly, and the protective sleeve assembly comprises a heat conduction plate and locking mechanisms which are attached to one side of the test gear and symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the inner side of the heat conduction plate. The other side of the protective sleeve assembly is connected with a linkage heat dissipation mechanism. Through threaded connection of the bolt and the butt joint cylinder and cooperation of thrust of the spring on the moving rod and the pressure plate, the pressure plate is tightly attached to the surface of the test gear to generate relative counter-acting force, it is ensured that the protective sleeve assembly is tightly connected with the test gear, the protective sleeve assembly does not loosen or fall off when the gear rotates at a high speed or bears a large load, and the service life of the test gear is prolonged. The gear is continuously and stably protected, the gear is effectively prevented from being collided and abraded due to looseness of the protective sleeve in the testing process, and the testing safety and accuracy are improved.
