Environment perception type sound vortex particle control method based on Internet of Things

Abstract

The invention provides an environment perception type sound vortex particle control method based on the Internet of Things, and belongs to the technical field of crossing of ultrasonic control and intelligent control. According to the method, a vortex sound field construction technology and an environment perception internet-of-things system are combined, and high-precision, remote and non-contact control over multi-target particles is achieved. The system is integrated with a temperature and humidity sensor, environment parameters are collected in real time and uploaded to a cloud platform, the platform dynamically adjusts sound source control parameters to compensate environment changes, and meanwhile remote command issuing and strategy switching are supported. The method has a modular structure and intelligent self-adaption and remote control capabilities, and is suitable for particle transportation and assembly tasks in scenes such as micro-nano manufacturing, sterile experiments, dangerous environment substance control and the like.
