Abstract

The invention provides a stranding machine with a double-support structure for transposed conductor production, which comprises a base, a first support ring arranged on the base, a second support ring arranged on the base, a mounting rack arranged on the base, a wire cylinder arranged on the mounting rack, a wire distributing plate arranged on the mounting rack, and a wire distributing hole formed in the wire distributing plate, and further comprises a tension assembly, the tension assembly is arranged on the wire distributing plate, the tension assembly comprises a T-shaped groove formed in the wire distributing plate, a T-shaped block is arranged on the T-shaped groove, an outer frame is arranged on the T-shaped block, and a limiting part is arranged on the outer frame. By pushing the connecting plate, the crank can be driven to rotate, so that the multiple sets of outer frames can be driven to move at the same time, all the outer frames on the distributor plate can be driven to move at the same time through cooperation of the winch, and a worker can adjust the tension of multiple sets of wires by penetrating the wires through rollers arranged on the outer frames; therefore, the wire rod can be prevented from loosening in the transmission process.
