Abstract

An analysis control device for controlling an analysis device (1) provided with a component separation unit (3) for separating components in a sample and a mass analysis unit (4) for sequentially analyzing the separated components, the analysis control device (2) being provided with: a separation condition data storage unit (212) for storing one or more pieces of separation condition data defining the operating conditions of the component separation unit; an analysis condition data storage unit (211) that stores one or more pieces of analysis condition data that define operating conditions of the mass analysis unit; and a method file generation unit (224) that reads the separation condition data specified by the user from the separation condition data storage unit and that reads the analysis condition data specified by the user from the analysis condition data storage unit. Generating an analysis method file in which operation conditions of the component separation unit specified by the separation condition data and operation conditions of the mass analysis unit specified by the analysis condition data are recorded; and a control unit (226) that controls the component separation unit and the mass separation unit on the basis of a record of the analysis method file.
