Defect-rich metal oxide catalyst as well as preparation method and application thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a defect-rich metal oxide catalyst, which comprises the following steps: (1) adding metal chlorate or metal acetate into water, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed reaction solution; (2) adding a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution into the mixed reaction solution obtained in the step (1), carrying out a first reaction, and standing to obtain a suspension; and (3) adding an L-ascorbic acid aqueous solution into the suspension obtained in the step (2), carrying out a second reaction, carrying out solid-liquid separation, and carrying out vacuum drying on the solid part, thereby obtaining the product. The prepared defect-rich metal oxide catalyst can be used as a catalyst to be applied to alcoholysis, hydrolysis, ammonolysis and aminolysis of waste polyester, the product yield reaches up to 95% or above, and the product is high in selectivity, free of metal residues, easy to recycle and capable of being recycled and has wide application prospects.
