Abstract

The invention relates to a robot workstation for irregular material processing, which comprises a vibration disc and a transmission part which are arranged on a workbench at an interval, the input end of the transmission part is arranged on the output end side of the vibration disc, and the robot workstation further comprises an overturning part which is used for overturning and arranging workpieces in the workpiece conveying process to form ordered arrangement; the grabbing part is used for picking up the workpieces, and the workpieces are put into a to-be-machined position after being judged and decided by the collecting part and the analyzing part; the gouging robot is used for carrying out treatment such as piercing, cutting, breaking, picking out and gouging out on the workpiece to finish the final processing; through the ingenious structural design, workpieces can be automatically and reliably overturned, and the automatic overturning device has the remarkable advantages of being simple in mechanism, high in efficiency, low in energy consumption, high in speed, high in success rate, light in weight, flexible in arrangement, high in precision, flexible in action, small in size and compact in structure.
