Abstract

The invention relates to the field of medical chemistry, and discloses a trans-cinnamate derivative as well as a preparation method, a pharmaceutical composition and application thereof. The structural general formula of the trans-cinnamate derivative is as follows: R1 is selected from-H,-CH3,-CH2CH3,-CH2CH2CH3,-CH (CH3) 2,-CH2OH or-CH2CH2OH, R2 is selected from-H,-OH or-OCH3, R3 is selected from-H,-F,-Cl,-Br,-I,-OH or-OCH3, R4 is selected from-H,-OH or-OCH3, R2'is selected from-CH (CH3) 2 or-CH (CH2) 2, and R6 'is selected from-CH (CH3) 2 or-CH (CH2) 2. The trans-cinnamate derivative provided by the invention has excellent blood-brain barrier penetration performance, plays an anti-depression role in the brain in a multi-target synergistic effect mode, and reduces drug resistance and side effects in the use process of clinical drugs.
