Wood structure flame-retardant coating and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention relates to a wood structure flame-retardant coating and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of coatings, the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and grinding antimony trioxide, magnesium hydroxide and silica fume, and then carrying out microwave plasma treatment to obtain a composite flame-retardant filler; and adding the composite flame-retardant filler into a water-based resin emulsion, stirring, and then carrying out microwave-ultrasonic wave synergistic treatment to obtain the wood structure flame-retardant coating. The antimony trioxide, the magnesium hydroxide and the silica fume which are subjected to mixing grinding and microwave plasma treatment are used as composite flame-retardant filler, the water-based resin emulsion is used as a film-forming substance, a microwave-ultrasonic wave cooperative treatment technology is matched, and under the condition of not additionally adding auxiliaries, the flame-retardant coating is prepared by utilizing the cooperative promotion effect of a composite physical field. The interaction between systems is enhanced, so that the wood structure flame-retardant coating with excellent fireproof performance and high impact resistance is prepared, and a new means is provided for preparation of the wood structure flame-retardant coating.
