Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of heat transfer, in particular to a clothing heat transfer performance testing device and method, which comprises an environment bin for adjusting environment temperature, a skin power supply module for simulating human body physiological heat production, a detection module for detecting skin temperature, and a water supply module for simulating human body sweating, the feedback control module is used for adjusting the water supply rate according to the skin temperature, the supporting frame is used for adjusting the spacing distance between the testing garment and the artificial skin, and the processing module is used for conducting noise reduction processing on detected skin temperature data. The monitoring module is used for judging whether the running of the clothing heat transfer performance testing device meets the standard or not based on the skin temperature and judging the reason for not meeting the standard and generating a corresponding processing instruction; and the working module is used for re-determining the running parameters based on the received processing instruction. According to the invention, real-time monitoring and accurate regulation and control of the test device are effectively realized, and the operation efficiency of the test device is effectively improved.
