Audit risk early warning system and method based on big data mining

Abstract

The invention discloses an audit risk early warning system and method based on big data mining, and relates to the technical field of big data, and the system comprises an audit data collection module which collects related audit data from a data source in real time, and carries out the preprocessing of the collected audit data; the feature extraction module is used for extracting key features from the processed audit data and optimizing the features based on a big data mining technology; the audit risk prediction model module is used for modeling the extracted features based on a machine learning algorithm, establishing an audit risk prediction model and predicting potential audit risks based on the output of the risk prediction model; and the risk early warning module is used for generating a risk early warning signal according to an output result of the model and presenting the risk early warning signal to a user through a visual interface. By automatically extracting data features and applying a machine learning algorithm, the auditing efficiency and precision are remarkably improved, and auditing personnel are helped to deal with problems in time by predicting potential risks and generating early warning signals.
