Enhancement in configuration grant transmission

Abstract

Systems, methods, and computer program product embodiments for configuring enhancements in grant transmission are disclosed herein. Embodiments operate by receiving a configuration grant (CG) configuration message that configures a plurality of CG physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission opportunities (TOs) within a CG period. The embodiment then receives an information element indicating a time division duplex (TDD) uplink downlink (UL-DL) slot configuration. The embodiment then determines whether a particular CG PUSCH TO of the plurality of CG PUSCH TOs overlaps with a DL slot indicated by the TDD UL-DL slot configuration. Finally, in response to determining that the particular CG PUSCH TO overlaps the DL slot, the embodiment skips utilizing the particular CG PUSCH TO.
