Abstract

The hydrogel material is bi-component hydrogel, a component A is a polymer rich in amino groups, a component B is a micromolecular cross-linking agent containing two or more aldehyde groups, after mixing, the amino groups and the aldehyde groups react to form Schiff base bonds to be cross-linked into the hydrogel, and the obtained hydrogel has the characteristic of being injectable after gel forming. The tumor immunosuppressive microenvironment can be directly implanted into a focus site through a common medical syringe, various immune cells can be collected and activated in vivo, and the tumor immunosuppressive microenvironment is effectively improved. When the hydrogel material is injected into a focus part and is combined with radiation therapy, the injectable hydrogel capable of improving the tumor immunosuppressive microenvironment has a remarkable anti-tumor effect.
