Colored infrared thermal fabric and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention provides a colored infrared thermal fabric and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of functional textiles, and the method comprises the following steps: firstly depositing a metal layer on the surface of the fabric, and then depositing a TiO2 nano coating on the surface of the metal layer by using an atomic layer deposition technology. The color of the surface of the fabric is changed by changing the deposition cycle number of titanium dioxide, and meanwhile, the mid-infrared reflection characteristic of the metal layer is kept. The TiO2 nano coating is deposited on the surface of the metal layer of the fabric by adopting an atomic layer deposition technology, and the TiO2 nano coating forms an intermediate buffer layer between the fabric and metal, so that the interface bonding force between the metal layer and the fabric is remarkably improved, the wear resistance of the metal layer is enhanced, the metal layer can be effectively protected from friction damage, and the service life of the fabric is prolonged. The metallized functional fabric is not easy to fall off and wear in the subsequent use or washing process, the washing performance is improved, the shape retention of the functional fabric is improved, and adverse effects on the performance of the fabric and the metal layer are avoided.
