Multi-point dynamic stretching functional sock pressure measuring device and system

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of textile product pressure testing, and discloses a multi-point dynamic stretching functional sock pressure measuring device, which comprises a bracket serving as a base of the whole measuring device; the sliding seats are arranged on the two sides of the support and used in cooperation with the support. The counterweight module is used for applying adjustable tension to different measuring points of the functional sock; the clamp module is used for fixing the functional socks; the vision measurement module is used for collecting deformation images of the functional socks; the data processing module is used for calculating pressure distribution based on the image; a linear guide rail is arranged in the sliding base, and a fixed transverse rod is arranged at the bottom of the linear guide rail. Controllable pulling force is applied to the functional sock through the independent weights, the deformation quantity of the sock body at different pulling force points is captured in real time in combination with the machine vision technology, and the deformation quantity is converted into a pressure value through an algorithm. Measurement data are visually displayed in the mobile phone APP in a chart form after being processed, the result is accurate, and nondestructive testing of socks in any shape is supported.
