本发明公开了波浪能液压发电系统的功率控制方法、系统、设备及介质，所述方法为：若发电系统存在需求功率，则获取蓄能器的油压，并根据需求功率以及油压，计算得到液压马达的第一排量控制值，其中，发电系统包括蓄能器以及液压马达；若第一排量控制值属于预设排量范围，则基于第一排量控制值对液压马达的排量进行调整，根据调整过程中发电系统的第一输出功率计算得到第一功率平均值，若第一功率平均值与需求功率的差值超出第一预设功率范围，则对第一排量控制值进行微调，直至调整后的发电系统的第一功率平均值与需求功率的差值在第一预设功率范围，因此，本发明可以保证波浪能液压发电系统长期功率稳定输出。
