This invention discloses a mobile saturation submersible environmental control system chiller / heater unit, comprising a refrigeration unit and a heating unit. The refrigeration unit includes a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and a plate heat exchanger connected in sequence. The heating unit includes a hot water storage tank and an electric hot water tank connected in sequence. The electric hot water tank contains a heating rod and a movable partition made of magnetic material, dividing the tank into a first chamber and a second chamber. The heating rod is located in the first chamber, and both the inlet and outlet of the tank are connected to it. A spring is installed in the second chamber, and an electromagnet is fixed to the outer shell of the tank. Under the action of the electromagnet and the spring, the movable partition moves within the tank, dynamically changing the volume of the first and second chambers. This invention, through the design of a dynamic volume adjustment structure and a rapid cooling element, achieves rapid-response cooling and heating functions, meeting the immediate temperature control requirements in deep-sea operations.
