A steam oven water supply system

Abstract

The application discloses a water supply system for a steaming and baking oven, comprising an integrated base body with a partition processing function, fluid interaction, state sensing and air pressure balancing components integrated thereon, and an integrated functional carrier formed by spatial structural integration. The system replaces the traditional dispersed pipeline splicing mode, reduces the number of independent pipelines and interfaces, realizes integrated layout of functional modules, reduces the volume, saves space, simplifies assembly, reduces the risk of leakage, and is convenient to maintain. Non-contact sensing and mechanical sensing are adopted for double monitoring, so that the liquid level monitoring precision and reliability are improved. Through the air pressure balancing component and the controllable fluid fusion mechanism, the system operation is stable and efficient, and the problems of dispersed system structure and complicated layout of the traditional system are effectively solved.
