Engine shell spraying device

Abstract

The invention provides a spraying device for an engine shell. The spraying device comprises a base, and a shell assembly is arranged on the base; the placing mechanism is arranged in the shell assembly and comprises a placing assembly and a sealing assembly, the placing assembly is used for placing the engine shell, and the sealing assembly is used for sealing an axial through hole of the engine shell; the spraying mechanism is arranged in the shell assembly and comprises a mounting assembly and a spraying assembly connected with the mounting assembly, and the spraying assembly comprises a fixing plate, a connecting rod connected with the fixing plate, a second gear connected with the connecting rod and two spraying units symmetrically arranged at the two opposite ends of the side, away from the connecting rod, of the fixing plate; the two spraying units are respectively used for sand blasting and paint spraying treatment; and the driving mechanism is arranged on one side of the mounting assembly and is in transmission connection with the spraying mechanism. According to the device, integration of feeding, sand blasting, paint spraying and discharging processes of the engine shell in the shell assembly can be achieved, and the spraying efficiency and the spraying quality are greatly improved.
