Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of material overturning, in particular to a tilting device for casting, which comprises a motorized roller way mounted at the top of a rack, a rotating roller of the motorized roller way is arranged along the horizontal transverse direction, and two clamping pieces arranged along the horizontal transverse direction are mounted in the motorized roller way. The tops of the two clamping pieces penetrate through a gap between the two adjacent rotating rollers; one side, in the horizontal transverse direction, of the bottom of the rack is hinged to the base through an overturning shaft arranged in the horizontal longitudinal direction, the other side of the rack is connected with the output end of a jacking mechanism installed on the base, and the output end of the jacking mechanism can drive the rack to rotate around the axis of the overturning shaft through telescopic action. The pouring bottom plate is received and conveyed through the motorized roller way, the clamping piece can clamp the pouring bottom plate, the rack is driven to rotate around the overturning shaft in cooperation with the jacking mechanism, sand scattered on the pouring bottom plate can be overturned and poured out, and automatic cleaning is achieved.
