Two sets of rotary clamping air cylinders used for fixing a pull rod assembly are arranged in the middles of the four sets of containing bases, an assembling mechanism is arranged in the middles of the two sets of rotary clamping air cylinders, overturning of the pull rod assembly can be achieved by arranging an overturning mechanism, and conditions are provided for double-face mounting of screws; and meanwhile, the work complexity of operators can be reduced through the turnover mechanism, and convenience is brought to the assembly work of the pull rod assembly.
