Box type automatic loading machine

Abstract

The application provides a box material automatic loading machine, which comprises a portal walking mechanism, a parallel box posture adjusting device, a buffer mechanism and a lifting stacking mechanism. The portal walking mechanism comprises a portal frame assembly and a plurality of walking wheels for reciprocating lifting to cross high and low steps. The parallel box posture adjusting device is installed on the portal walking mechanism and is configured to sequentially divert the continuously input box materials along a first horizontal path to a second horizontal path and a third horizontal path for conveying and simultaneously perform first posture adjustment on the box materials with original postures conveyed on the second horizontal path and the third horizontal path. The buffer mechanism directly outputs or outputs after buffering the plurality of box materials continuously output by the parallel box posture adjusting device. The lifting stacking mechanism arranges the plurality of box materials output by the buffer mechanism in a row along a first direction and then stacks the box materials into a carriage. The posture adjustment and operation efficiency of the application are high.
