Abstract

The invention provides a coke oven gas under-pressure purification system and process, the coke oven gas under-pressure purification system comprises a purification pipeline, a purification mechanism and a pressurization mechanism, the purification mechanism comprises a tar removal assembly, a naphthalene removal assembly, a benzene removal assembly and a desulfurization assembly which are arranged on the purification pipeline in series, and the tar removal assembly comprises a plurality of tar removal towers which are arranged in parallel; the naphthalene removal assembly comprises a plurality of naphthalene removal towers which are arranged in parallel, the debenzolization assembly comprises a plurality of debenzolization towers which are arranged in parallel, and the desulfurization assembly comprises a plurality of desulfurization towers which are arranged in parallel; the pressurization mechanism comprises a first compressor and a second compressor which are arranged on the purification pipeline. The coke oven gas can be pressurized and conveyed into the purification mechanism through the pressurization mechanism, compared with normal-pressure adsorption, the adsorption capacity on harmful impurities in the coke oven gas is improved after the pressure is increased, the adsorption efficiency of the adsorption tower is greatly improved, and then the purification efficiency of the coke oven gas is improved.
