The invention provides an asphalt mixture drying device, and relates to the technical field of asphalt recovery equipment, the asphalt mixture drying device comprises a rotary drum and a rotary drum driving assembly, one end of the rotary drum is rotatably provided with a material distribution drum, and the material distribution drum is driven by the material distribution drum driving assembly to rotate; a material distributing frame is rotationally arranged in the material distributing barrel and is driven by a driving part, a plurality of sieve plates are mounted on the material distributing frame, and gaps are reserved between the sieve plates and the inner wall of the material distributing barrel; spiral blades are arranged among the multiple sieve plates, the spiral blades are connected with the material distributing frame, a material falling plate is arranged below the spiral blades, and a first combustor is arranged below the material distributing barrel. Coarse materials and fine materials in the asphalt mixture are separated through the material separating barrel, the materials in the material separating barrel are preheated through the first combustor, more heat can be transmitted to the coarse materials, after the coarse materials and the fine materials enter the rotating barrel to be dried for the same time, the drying effect of the coarse materials and the drying effect of the fine materials are consistent, and therefore the situation that the fine materials are excessively dried is reduced.
