The maintenance urgent degrees of the to-be-maintained units are sorted according to the multiple maintenance sorting indexes, and reasonable distribution of maintenance resources can be achieved; the to-be-maintained area is determined in a unit form, and refining of maintenance decision and implementation is ensured, so that the maintenance effect and the fund utilization rate are improved.
