The negative electrode composite dispersing agent comprises a main dispersing agent and an auxiliary dispersing agent; the main dispersing agent comprises polyacrylic acid and modified carboxymethyl cellulose; the auxiliary dispersing agent comprises graphene oxide and a modified multi-walled carbon nanotube; by modifying the structure of the main dispersing agent, hydrophobic and hydrophilic chain segments are increased, the binding force with a hydrophobic micro-area on the surface of hard carbon is enhanced, the desorption rate of the dispersing agent is reduced, and hard carbon agglomeration is reduced; by matching with the effect of polyacrylic acid, directional adsorption is realized, and the dispersion stability is improved; the modified multi-walled carbon nanotubes and the main dispersant promote transmission kinetics of electrons and ions, provide more active sites and relieve volume expansion through a uniform three-dimensional network structure, a large surface area and a rich mesoporous structure, and the conductivity and mechanical properties of the carbon nanotubes are more uniform through combination of an organic covalent effect. The overall performance of the negative electrode dispersing agent is improved.
