Compact nonporous perovskite thick film X-ray detector and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention provides a compact non-porous perovskite thick film X-ray detector and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of X-ray detectors. The method comprises the following steps: dissolving formamidine hydriodate, methylamine hydriodate, lead iodide and N, N-dimethyl-1, 3-propane diamine hydriodate in an organic solvent to obtain a mixed solution; the mixed solution is subjected to first standing till DMEPDA-FA0. 5MA0. 5PbI3 crystal grains are saturated and separated out, and a saturated mixture is obtained; adding a seed layer into the saturated mixture, and carrying out second standing to obtain a seed mixture; annealing the seed mixture to obtain a perovskite thick film substrate; and covering at least part of the surface of the perovskite thick film substrate with a metal electrode material to obtain the X-ray detector. The N, N-dimethyl-1, 3-propane diamine hydriodate is introduced into the in-situ chemical bath deposition, so that the growth speed of the crystal is reduced, a densely stacked perovskite thick film is formed, and the quality of the crystal is improved.
