Knotless suture anchor and methods of use

Abstract

The application provides a knot-free full-suture anchor and a use method thereof, and relates to the field of medical devices. The anchor comprises an anchoring piece, a tightening line, a first traction line and a second traction line. The first end portion of the tightening line can form a ring-shaped first tightening structure in combination with the anchoring piece under the traction of the first traction ring, thereby forming single tightening on the damaged tissue. Then, the first end portion of the tightening line forms a ring-shaped second tightening structure in combination with the anchoring piece under the traction of the second traction ring, thereby forming secondary tightening on the damaged tissue. The application can realize secondary fixing of the damaged tissue by one-handed traction of the tightening line, improves the tightening strength, and the anchoring piece forms a cluster structure in the bone channel, thereby effectively improving the holding strength between the anchoring piece and the bone channel.
