Through the precise cooperation of the bidirectional screw rod, the hydraulic telescopic rod and the servo motor, the lifting assembly can control the height adjustment precision of the welding gun to be in the millimeter level, and the variable assembly can accurately match the welding gun angle with the welding seam requirement. According to the preset program, the moving mechanism accurately drives the welding device to move along the axis of the reinforcement cage, so that the welding gun is always aligned with each welding point, the welding positioning precision is significantly better than manual operation, the welding deviation risk is greatly reduced, and the welding seam quality stability is improved.
