The application relates to the technical field of solid-phase extraction and discloses a solid-phase extraction device based on ion chromatography, which comprises a cylinder body, a waste liquid tank, a panel arranged on the cylinder body, a sample holder arranged in the cylinder body, a plurality of placing holes opened in the upper end of the sample holder, sample tubes arranged in the placing holes, a solid-phase extraction unit arranged on the upper end of the panel, and a pressure component and a righting component arranged on the upper end of the panel. Through the pressure component, the pressure pump is controlled to pressurize above the solid-phase extraction column, the operator can directly control the pressure efficiency of the pressure pump to control the filtering speed, the sample holder and the waste liquid tank can be directly replaced, the righting component can make the solvent surface in the solid-phase extraction column horizontal, and the high-pressure gas can uniformly act on the solvent.
