Abstract

The application discloses a hollow plate production line and a continuous production method thereof, which comprises a feeding device and a forming device. A feeding mechanism and a feeding mechanism are arranged on the base of the feeding device. The feeding mechanism can enter and exit the forming device. The discharge end of the feeding mechanism corresponds to the feeding end of the forming device. A frame body is arranged on the base of the forming device. An upper die is arranged on the frame body. A lower die is arranged on the base. A forming area is formed between the upper die and the lower die. The discharge end of the feeding mechanism is arranged in the forming area. The lower die is the feeding end of the forming device. A pushing mechanism is arranged on the base. The end of the pushing mechanism is connected with a continuous forming plate. The side of the base opposite to the pushing mechanism is provided with a blocking mechanism. The bottom end of the blocking mechanism is connected with a blocking plate. The blocking plate is pressed on the base under the driving of the blocking mechanism. The application can realize uniform feeding, ensure the forming quality of the hollow plate, and realize the continuous forming of the hollow plate.
