Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of vegetable preservation, and discloses leaf vegetable continuous pre-cooling equipment which comprises a rack, the top of the rack is fixedly connected with a machine body, and the inner wall of the machine body is rotationally provided with a conveying unit and an overturning unit; the conveying unit comprises a first main roller, the two ends of the first main roller are rotationally connected to the inner wall of the machine body, the inner wall of the machine body is rotationally connected with a first driven roller, a second main roller and a second driven roller, and the circumferential outer surfaces of the first main roller and the first driven roller are jointly in transmission connection with a first conveying belt in a sleeving mode. The continuous pre-cooling equipment for the leaf vegetables can effectively solve the problems that in the prior art, the bottoms of the leaf vegetables make contact with the conveying belt, the tops of the leaf vegetables are exposed in cold air, the pre-cooling speeds of the upper portions and the lower portions of the vegetables are inconsistent, the top pre-cooling speed is high, and the bottom pre-cooling speed is low, so that the pre-cooling process of the leaf vegetables is not uniform, and the pre-cooling efficiency is low.
