According to the invention, accurate control of electricity generation-electricity conduction integration under the ultrasonic action is realized. In-vitro experiments find that the acoustoelectric transformation fiber network can activate bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells to promote osteogenic differentiation related PI3K / Akt and Wnt signal pathways and promote osteogenic differentiation of the bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells by accurately regulating secretion of regional Schwann cell exosomes. In-vivo experiments further prove that the acoustoelectric conversion fiber network can guide short fibers to be injected to a bone injury position under the action of ultrasonic imaging, accurate acoustoelectric conversion and electric signal control are achieved through accurate control over ultrasonic parameters, and formation of a neural network and bone tissue regeneration are remarkably promoted.
