The invention provides a time information acquisition method, system and device. The method comprises the steps that GNSS time information is collected through a GNSS module according to a preset time period and sent to an MCU; synchronously acquiring time information of a time register through the MCU based on the GNSS time information, and taking the time information as basic time information; obtaining current time information of the time register through the API interface; and acquiring final time information based on the basic time information, the current time information and the GNSS time information. According to the method provided by the invention, the technical problems that a current vehicle-mounted application program cannot acquire high-precision time and the acquired time precision cannot meet the precision requirement of an automatic driving algorithm are effectively solved.
