Abstract

According to the embodiment of the invention, a query response method and device, equipment, a storage medium and a program product are provided. The method comprises the following steps: generating prompt word input aiming at a target language model at least based on a query which is input by a user and is related to transportation; at least one tool used for processing the query and input corresponding to the at least one tool are determined at least based on the cue word input through the target language model, and each tool is configured to process tasks related to transportation; calling the at least one tool by using the input corresponding to the at least one tool; and determining a reply to the query based on an execution result returned by the at least one tool. Therefore, more intelligent, personalized and efficient travel service can be realized in combination with the capability of the model and at least one tool, and the user experience and the service quality are improved.
