The index extraction method comprises the steps of obtaining an index extraction model; wherein the index extraction model is obtained by training a preset base large model through annotation log sample data; the annotated log sample data comprises multiple pieces of log sample data and annotated attributes of training indexes corresponding to each piece of log sample data; extracting input target log data through an index extraction model to obtain structured data corresponding to at least one training index; wherein the structured data comprises prediction attributes of the training indexes. According to the method and the device, the training indexes can be collected under the condition that the zero code invades the training script, so that the intrusive influence on the training script is avoided, the collection difficulty of the training indexes is reduced, and then the training efficiency of the model and the use convenience of the model training platform are improved.
