Abstract

The invention provides a kidney state monitoring method and system based on a CT technology, and relates to the technical field of image processing. The method comprises the steps that a kidney CT image window initialization module adjusts CT image preset window parameters through obtained individual difference parameters of a kidney state monitoring object, and optimized window parameters are obtained; the kidney CT image window initial judgment module is used for performing kidney CT scanning on the kidney state monitoring object based on the optimized window parameters, acquiring kidney CT images in each state monitoring period, and performing enhanced characteristic analysis on the kidney CT images to obtain kidney CT image window initial judgment results in each state monitoring period; according to the judgment result, image window post-processing is conducted on the kidney CT image, an optimized kidney CT image set is output, and the optimized kidney CT image set is transmitted to a preset medical worker terminal for kidney state analysis. According to the invention, the CT image quality of kidney state monitoring can be improved.
