Abstract

The invention provides a formation method of a battery, the battery and electric equipment. The formation method of the battery comprises the following steps: sequentially carrying out first-time charging treatment, second-time charging treatment and third-time charging treatment on electricity to be formed; wherein the ratio of the charging rate during the second charging treatment to the charging rate during the first charging treatment is 10-200; the ratio of the charging rate during the third charging process to the charging rate during the second charging process is 2-10. In the first charging treatment, a small-rate current is adopted for charging, so that a relatively compact SEI film inner layer can be formed. According to the present invention, the charging rate during the second charging treatment is far greater than the charging rate during the first charging treatment, such that the loose SEI film middle layer structure is formed, and in the lithium ion deintercalation process, the silicon monoxide particles are easily expanded so as to reduce the extrusion on the expanded silicon monoxide particles by the loose SEI film so as to improve the lithium ion battery performance; further, the breakage probability of the silicon monoxide particles is reduced.
