Veterinary soluble microneedle and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention relates to a veterinary soluble microneedle and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of medical instruments. The invention provides a soluble microneedle which comprises a substrate and a needle body layer located on the substrate, a plurality of needle bodies are distributed on the needle body layer, and each needle body comprises an outer layer structure and an inner layer structure containing a porous structure; the outer layer structure and the inner layer structure are both made of biodegradable polymers; the thickness of the outer layer structure ranges from 10 nm to 50 nm. The soluble microneedle is good in mechanical property and high in drug release speed.
