Device for removing burrs of welding seam in welded pipe

Abstract

The invention discloses a device for removing burrs of a welding seam in a welded pipe. The device comprises a supporting frame; the first profiling mechanism is arranged in the supporting frame and comprises two first profiling clamping blocks which are oppositely arranged in the horizontal direction; the pressing mechanism is arranged on the supporting frame and comprises a pressing driving part and a second profiling mechanism, the second profiling mechanism comprises two second profiling clamping blocks which are connected and oppositely arranged in the horizontal direction, and the two second profiling clamping blocks and the two first profiling clamping blocks are correspondingly arranged in the vertical direction; the removing mechanism comprises a removing driving part and a removing assembly, the removing assembly comprises a base, a scraper, at least one welding seam guide wheel and at least one lower supporting wheel, the scraper, the welding seam guide wheels and the lower supporting wheels are arranged on the base, the base is connected to the removing driving part, the scraper and the welding seam guide wheels are located on the same horizontal line, and the welding seam guide wheels and the lower supporting wheels are arranged in the vertical direction. The device is simple in structure, automatic in operation, capable of reducing labor intensity, high in production efficiency, stable in quality and high in welded pipe yield.
