Valve performance test system

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of valves, in particular to a valve performance test system which comprises a liquid storage device, a solid phase supply assembly, a liquid inlet pipe, a to-be-tested valve, a liquid outlet pipe and a circulating pump. The solid phase supply assembly comprises a solid phase conveying device, a uniform solid phase flow can be formed at the discharging end of the solid phase conveying device, a material conveying cavity is formed in the solid phase conveying device, and the material conveying cavity is lower than the highest point of the liquid storage cavity; the liquid inlet pipe comprises a vertical pipe section arranged in the vertical direction, the vertical pipe section is communicated with the liquid storage device, and the discharging end of the solid phase conveying device is communicated with the vertical pipe section through the side wall of the vertical pipe section; the valve to be tested is communicated with the outlet end of the vertical pipe section; the inlet end of the liquid outlet pipe is communicated with the valve to be detected, and the outlet end of the liquid outlet pipe is communicated with the liquid storage device. The device solves the defects that in the prior art, a solid-liquid two-phase medium which is stable in mass fraction proportion and evenly mixed cannot be constructed, the hydraulic performance of the valve under the action of the solid-liquid two-phase medium with the preset mass fraction cannot be accurately tested, and the experiment precision requirement cannot be met.
